P20 and P30 subscription

If you switch from the nonexpiring license to the subscription model for
P20's and P30's do you have to select the bundle offerings? Or, can you
say "I'm not using any of the Power HA stuff, how much are subscription
prices for that tier group without that bundle?"?

The reason I ask is that a branch of a major IBM i software vendor had a
meeting with me yesterday. My annual maintenance is $1,400. They want to
switch me to subscription pricing. I will not be able to get their IBM i
7.6 ready package unless I do. Not only do I need to go to subscription
pricing but I need to bundle in other stuff to hit their $5k minimum annual
spend or they don't want to continue to do business with me. Oh, and the
stuff I'm using from other branches of that vendor, they don't count in the
annual spend.

I'm just trying to figure out if IBM is doing the same thing but has a much
better marketing team to sugarcoat it.
