Ah, this is a sensitive subject for me, because I put a huge premium
on the visual quality and legibility of my 5250 sessions (and anything
else I have to work with for long stretches at a time). And I have
apparently weird tastes, and my eyes seem to work differently than
many if not most other folks. I've literally never seen anyone else
with a setup like mine. (And I don't think I've ever even *heard* of
anyone that does what I do.)
That being said, I do have a recommendation, which I think should work
for most people, even with "conventional" setups (and eyes): JetBrains
Mono. I use that for both my 5250 sessions (in ACS) and VS Code.
