The only customers I've seen that leave it as that do it simply becausethey don't know they're supposed to change it.
In US perhaps, I'm working with a few customers in Sweden that was
communicating with peers close to when the smoke signal was invented.
They had to create translation tables by hand for various peers and have
not touched QCCSID since. Bad things *will* happen.
