Apparently Navigator uses the same message file on 7.5 as on 7.6. With
current PTF levels an invalid login into Navigator generates:
NAV_300063: Login failed. Input a valid user name, password, and additional
factor or contact your administrator.

And, just to crush your hopes and dreams, there's no way that IBM will
bring their version of MFA down to 7.5. It's too pervasive and required an
OS upgrade.
