One thing to keep in mind, IBM i Access Client Solutions has this option in
System Configurations to test connectivity. Most of my systems fail on SSH
as we don't use VS yet and our auditors practically require human sacrifice
to allow you to have a putty client on your PC.

Some suggestions you can try:

1) Search the Code for i documentation for CCSID. Also for Connection.

2) Change your user profile to CSSID(037) if you are in the USA,
otherwise to your national language.

3) Try connecting with PuTTY or some other SSH client. If you can't then
the problem is not with Code for i.

4) Raise and issue on Github.

Unfortunately the CCSID was left at the default setting of 65535 when
the system was built (before my time).

"Fetching conversion values" makes me think CCSID. Do you have a
CCSID set (not 65535)? Is it correct?
