To launch the ACS System Debugger directly, use the plugin "sysdbg"

I installed ACS using the defaults
*
The "System" in the below "Target" is the name of the System in System
Configurations off the Main ACS screen
For a Windows shortcut (change for your specific configuration):
*
Target:
C:\Users\YourNetId\IBM\ClientSolutions\Start_Programs\Windows_x86-64\acslaunch_win-64.exe
/PlugIn=sysdbg /System=DevSys
*
Start in:
C:\Users\YourNetId\IBM\ClientSolutions\Start_Programs\Windows_x86-64
There are quite a few plugins that can be launched directly with their
plugin names listed in the ACS Getting Started doc

if you want a direct launch in windows launch
java -cp tes.jar;jt400.jar utilities.Debug (or DebugMgr)
Download last jtopen.... or those jars you can find inside ACS jar ....
same code ....
dunno if you can launch directly via some ACS plugin...
