"IBM i 7.6 Indicator (#EB76)" looks like this is the feature which allows ordering 7.6 on new hardware, within econfig (or similar) tool.

An "administrative" feature like you can see in https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/announcements/power-e1080-enterprise-server for the E1080. #EB75 was for 7.5
