   I do not know where they store these and how easy it would be to get data
   about "why" from/into that.
   You'd also have to give IBM an estimate of how many characters you'd need.
   And, speaking as someone who has gone into a new shop, you'd have to hope
   the previous people actually took advantage of that documentation
   capability.
   You could ask, but I think IBM would rate this lower than whale poop.
