Subject: Automate spool download using ACS
CAUTION: This email originated from outside of the organization. Do not click links or open attachments unless you recognize the sender and know the content is safe.
We have a monthly task where we need to download about 20 spool files to individual text documents. Really easy with ACS, except it’s manual. We know the user, and spool queue and of course the date we need.
I could email an archive file from the system if I can get them all into the archive. Various topics surrounding this topic have gone on in the list , but not one that actually hits his use case (Sorry Brad I know you can do this but they won’t pop for the small amount each year)
Thoughts on the process?
