We use Scott's unixcmd to call 7zip from RPG, the opposite way should also
work fine I guess.

monitor ;
// add image to zip
uuCmd = '/QOpenSys/pkgs/bin/7z a ' + wwZipFull + ' ' + wwImageName ;
open UNIX ;
read UNIX record ;
dow not %eof(UNIX) ;
outrec = record ;
write QSYSPRT outrec ;
read UNIX record ;
enddo ;
close UNIX ;
on-error ;
wwStop = *on ;
endmon ;

Best regards,
-Arco

I guess I should have prefaced this by stating I need to do this inside an
RPG program.
(maybe this should be in the RPG List instead).

I can unzip them with 7-Zip.
