Thats exactly the same I posted. :-) But my browser ran into a timeout, and I could not ping public.dhe.ibm.com either. So I assumed it's down — or yet another case of IBM not running some kind of web link checker over their site for better QA.

As you can see from the URL it's been a long spell since it was updated.

Well, I presume Panel Groups are like other 5250 based things considered "stable".
