Does anyone have knowledge on Cognos to this level or can you point us to someone that does?

Looking for high-level Cognos Application support to perform typical administrative capabilities including, but not limited to:

- Patch installs
- Troubleshoot server and Cognos software issues
- Install Cognos Server software
- Advise on licensing strategy
- Manage Cognos Upgrades
- Multiple Dispatcher Server setup
- Distributed Environment
- Application Server customization
