that's really hard to predict.

First I would dig through the Memos of 7.3 and 7.4 and look at changes, that might affect the application.

Next make sure, that all sources are available. So if a problem arises, you can try to fix it.

I think there was at least one problem with OVRDBF and OVRPRTF when we switched from 7.3 to 7.5 - but I don't remember exactly. But in our case it was because part of the application is still running RPG/IV modules in the default activation group.
