Subject: [EXTERNAL] ACS not working after Windows update

Had a number of support calls this morning that trying to launch a .hod file was not working.

I used the IACS function to update the file associations which resolved the issue.

Just curious if others also had this problem and if anyone has a solution to stop the associations being reset by a windows update ?

Thanks
Don
