Subject: WRKMSG QSYSOPR, Level 2: WHAT were they THINKING?

If I do a WRKMSG or WRKMSG QSYSOPR at assistance level 1, and a new
message comes in while I have it open, F5 will refresh.

Why is there no apparent way to refresh when it's on assistance level 2?
What were they thinking?
