Gavin,

#1:  I mentioned that many use a custom program in an effort to avoid going
off on that distraction.  It is a technique that I use too.
#2:  Why would I want to use the same resave level as the one I'm
replacing?  Isn't the goal often to get to the latest resave level to ease
the PTF apply?  This, I really want to know the thought process behind.
