By default, the system will take the library from the user profile.

If you are using this in a SQLRPGLE program you can switch the library list
to use by using the SET OPTION NAMING values for the library list to *SQL
or *SYS.

If *SQL, then you need to provide the library name unless it's the current
library on your user profile.
If *SYS, it will search the library list as usual.
