I opened a ticket for a password reset 6 weeks ago. Have sent 3 follow-up emails with no response.
Very strange.

It just prompted me for the change because my password had expired since I
last used PUB400. ACS will only prompt if your password is expired and
even then you need to know your current password in order to change it.
I just tried the "reset password" link just to see the process. I'm
awaiting the email. It has been about 5 minutes with no email yet.
