Have you gone to the website? There is a "change password" option there, I
believe. I was able to access via ACS just now successfully.

Subject: CHANGE IN PUB400
Does anyone know if the PUB400 policy has changed? I have been a user for
over 15 years. I survived the user purge and kept my username and access.
I only had to change the password when it was about to expire or had
expired. But 2 weeks ago I tried to log in and it tells me that my password
is incorrect and does not give me the option to change it. I have tried to
contact
PUB400 and have had NO RESPONSE.
