RCAC (pronounced r-kak) is for Row and Column Access Control.

Row
Basically I can set up conditions on a table so that when you read a file,
either with SQL or otherwise, you will not see particular rows. I don't
care if you are QSECOFR.

Column
Allows me to mask columns. Do you see the full Social Security number? Do
you see partials like ###-##-1234? Or is the whole thing masked?

You have to load the freebie Option 47. If a vendor defines a table with
RCAC and sends it to you, you will need option 47 to read the file.
