My experience is that Go Cleanup does not remove ANY journal receivers.  The system journals referenced is the QHST files.
You can set the Journals to automatically clean-up receivers once they're no longer needed which typically only leaves 1 receiver at any given time.
Otherwise, you need to write your own cleanup program, or use one of the many examples available on the web.   The old TAATOOLS library had one also.
