startup these days is IBMer Jesse Gorzinki's open source tool

Learn to use Service Commander and it will save you, if not blood, a lot
of sweat and tears 🙂

My idea is to integrate it into the system as if it were one of the other
ones. Using commands ADDTCPSVR, making the job appear as a server job with
Change Job (QWTCHGJB) API and start and end the service with commands
STRTCPSVR and ENDTCPSVR. But I am not sure how to use these tools. I can't
find enough information to do so.
