Admittedly, I'm not doing this from WinDoze (and the only WinDoze box left in the whole company is the one that's used for a very few things that can't be done with Mac or Linux), but in a utility I wrote for transferring objects from one Midrange box to another, I use "QUOTE RCMD CRTSAVF libname/filename" to create the save file on the target box.
