I have a client who is a long time IBM-Midrange user.

They have gone the entire path from S/36 to AS/400 to Iseries and now to
Ibmi

They have also decided to run every single thing on their own server that
sits nicely in a rack.

That includes running their own email server using Notes/Domino despite the
fact that they only have about a dozen users.

My task is mainly to support their ERP package and I know basically nothing
about the Notes/Domino environment.

Normally that is fine too but whenever there is a problem it is just a load
of problems to find any help at all.

Today the notes server refuses to start ("STRDOMSVR"). Found something on
DSPDOMSVR which says ("too many crashes"). Do not know what to do next.

I have heard that there are highly skilled consultants that take on
Notes/Domino support but have to start looking for them.

Any ideas??
