No, but SAVRSTLIB would work , or SAVRSTOBJ. Add in SAVRST and you can get the IFS.

Simple to set up and faster than FTP save files etc..(not to mention saving a great deal of space).

If you can, set up a separate TCP link on both sides and use jumbo frames, just be sure the switches/firewall etc are capable of Jumbo frames as well.

without going to backup, for a simple set of data libraries, the Copy Library (cpylib) command during an outage window does well.
For IFS directories, we keep a set of test directories, but the application and website (live and test server instances) code and parameters determines which to use. If we had been smarter, all the references to directories and libraries could be in control files - then you could keep a test and prod soft coded.
