I got it working once I resolved putting the **FREE statement in the right place and a few incorrectly placed semi-colons.
One of the errors I was getting appeared to be related to the include file, but it was something else tripping the error.

No problems, just go ahead. As long as the first line in the h-file does not include **FREE it's treated as fixed form.
