Unfortunately, I don't have links to the original documents.

Subject: IBM character set tables (PDF)
All -
Let's start this out like a fairy tale (Once upon a time) or a Star Wars
episode ("A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.)
Once upon a time there was easily found an IBM web page related to IBM
globalization where you could click on a given CCSID to drill down for that
CCSID (and I think you could also optionally choose a PDF version) which
showed a table of characters for that character set and on the axes it
showed the hexadecimal code for each characters.
Also, don't get me started about all of the broken links withing the
currently active IBM I pages.
I searched for an hour for this information for CCSID 37 earlier this
morning and I give up.
Regards,
Steve
