If you make that move I STRONGLY suggest you bypass 2 and go straight to 3
or 4.
We tried 2. It had several issues with Windows. Normally we only can IPL
once a quarter. Those issues were prevalent enough that we performed
another IPL and made the jump to 3.
This is clearly a case where baby steps causes more issues than they solve.

I cannot fathom how the password length would be an issue with this
software package, unless it had something to do with Windows integration.
Infocenter has steps on making this move.

My client is wanting to move to PWDLVL 2. They are currently running
Lawson version 10.0.11.6 .2563 (prod) and 10.0.11.14.2762 (dev). Does
anyone know if either of those versions are compatible with PWDLVL 2? They
opened a ticket with Lawson about 2 months ago and Lawson said they are
testing it but my client just found out that Lawson has not done anything
yet (Lawson let it slip that they are just now talking about changing a
dev machine to PWDLVL 2 to test).

My client is getting tired of waiting on the run around. Does anyone know
if this release of Lawson will work with PWDLVL 2? Does anyone have any
version of Lawson working with PWDLVL 2?
