Has anyone experienced the following problem?
I am using FTP to send data from LPAR C to B. Running the FTP command there
is a delay in the FTP command of I would say 60 seconds. When you have many
objects to move, this is taking too long.

The problem is on LPAR B only LPARs A and C respond instantly.

A to C is good.
A to B is bad.
C to B is bad.
C to A is good.

The LPAR's are identical, same PTF's and release (7.4).

If you have experienced this, how was it resolved?
