Someone replied to your previous question, saying he had written a tool like this - go take a look at that thread, the thing he described sounds like just what you need.
You can write this yourself - DSPPGMREF to an OUTFILE, read the OUTFILE to get any programs or service programs listed, run DSPPGMREF for everything you find, until there is an OUTFILE with no programs in it.

I would need to find which files are used in a programs group; i try to
