Chrome is weird. If it's not letting you in because it doesn't like the cert, just click on the "doesn't like the cert" page (NOT on any input-capable field!) and type "thisisunsafe" (without spaces, if I remember right) you're not going to see anything) and it will bypass its objection to the cert.
Ridiculous, but it works.
