If what your asking is: Would they still have command line access, then
the answer SHOULD be no. Yes, they can still access "objects"... I'd
have to play with that a bit, but I had to do that at a site a year or
so ago where the "business partner" installed their software, gave all
users *allobj and then gave them command line via misc menus....when I
questioned them, the response was "well, we've never had a problem...."
Logs showed that knowledgeable users were playing gestapo in other areas
where they didn't belong and it was an internal political mess!

Suggest you create a test usrprf, remove it's command line authority and
play with it and see if you can get where you don't want to be.....
