Yep. Follow that link, click Software Downloads and you are prompted for an 'Entitlement ID' the '?' help for it says it comes with your product purchase e-mail.

PO Overlay for a Client.

All I found on a RICOH website is from the link on an IBM page (1). When I
get there and follow the link for the driver (2), it requires an
Entitlement ID. Maybe there's a way to get one for free, but it says the
Entitlement ID is provided in your purchase e-mail.
