coded the pgm exactly as shown in the link...
but when I attempt to add it to exit point with the exact command in the
link I get this...

Message . . . . : Exit point QIBM_QCA_CHG_COMMAND with format CHGC0100
will
not allow exit program CMDAUDITR library JVAUGHN to be added.


Usually (from my past experience working with EP's),this is usually pretty
tricky to determine the exact issue.
