Retrieving HIPER details (was: Will PTF number size increase?)

This is probably a big ask, but is it possible to download a CSV/XLSX file with the following columns for HIPERs?

The search function on this page (www*ibm*com/mysupport/s/product-defect-list?language=en_US&productid=01t500000051Jh7AAE) seems wonky. Selecting version 7.4.0 seems to omit most of the 7.4 issues and fixes.

I'm new to my admin role, so I'm still picking up on this topic. Others on my team that have been doing this for a while now have found that researching HIPERs has "changed" since IBM changed things last month. What is everyone using to find and research HIPERs?

IBM has adopted a new PTF numbering scheme.
FI = Fix Information. For example FI0018206 has the legacy number of
MF99404
BTW, IBM also lists fixes which aren't ripe yet. These will have a status of Open.

You cannot use the new scheme on SNDPTFORD.
