I found IBM's announcement letter page at
https://www.ibm.com/docs/en/announcements
I tried the "Search archived announcements" but I cannot seem to find the
old 7.3 TR5 announcement letter. Yes I can get to the following:
https://www.ibm.com/support/pages/node/1164652
While that is close it is not the actual announcement letter. This site
has a broken link that is supposed to be pointing to the actual
announcement letter
