VIOS level 4 and the padmin user -- MIDRANGE-L

Apparently numerous people just use padmin as a login in VIOS and tend to
not change the password. After they upgrade to VIOS 4 they get locked out
as the password has been expired too long. I guess VIOS 4 is really picky
