Which can easily be done with the IBM i Command GRTAUT

... and even more easily and with less chance of confusing authorities with Unix file permissions by simply using chmod.

If you're talking about Unix file perms, use Unix lingo and Unix commands.
If you're doing OS/400 authorities, use OS/400 lingo and OS/400 commands.
In my experience, doing it that way avoids many Epic Adventures in Tying One's Shoelaces Together.
