Oh yeah.

I tend not to recommend that because it doesn't work with .Net Core.

And ODBC just works so well nowadays with all versions of .Net.

But jt400.dll has worked flawlessly since 2005 and follows all the jt400 API calls for the most part.

FWIW: There is now a .Net Core version of the IKVM Java JVM for .Net Core available so one of these days I'll probably attempt a .Net Core version.

I'm not sure how robust this application is that you need but I have used
Richard Schoen's port of JT400.jar to DLL to make connections. Makes it
pretty easy without setting up an ODBC. There are some limitations around
SSL or SSH or something along those lines (I don't remember the
specifics).
