it’s because a lof of people left IBM which had the „think twice“ in mind. We are not living in a think twice time any longer. We live in an agile world.

Folks,

after the old public library server has been sunsetted some years ago (and in turn took down a considerable amount of older documentation with it), IBM again decided to mess with documentation resources!

https://www.ibm.com/resources/publications - this is where I currently can find PDF based documentation, although often search results turn up empty.

This page now shows:

Important notice: IBM Publications center will be moved to IBM Documentation portal. Effective April 15th 2024 IBM Publications center will no longer be accessible and you will be automatically redirected to the new platform.

Why? Is this the result of this new "agile" thing everybody is expected to embrace?
