The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
It's trouble-maker Friday !!
Mac equivalent for Windows share access is the same protocol for Windows share access.
I know there are also SSH based file sharing tools like SSHFS and CyberDuck/MountainDuck that allow you to access the IFS like a drive letter securely without having to open old-style Windows shares.
I wouldn't probably recommend that for everyone to use, but for those who need to see the files it's more secure.
There's also:
-FileZilla FTP Client
-MobaXTerm
-BitVise
-VS Code
-Notepad++ - Has an SFTP plugin

Or have a file share to the directory and look at it in Windows File Explorer. Or whatever Mac's equivalent is.

Better yet if you're open to non-green screen options:
Install VS Code and open it that way over SSH.
Or install an SSH client and use the Nano editor or Midnight Commander.
