We created a CSR using RSA 2048 and imported it into Digicert to create a certificate, then uploaded the generated certificate back to the IFS. How do we complete the certificate import in the Digital Certificate Manager for i ?

Did you create a CSR in order to get a new Certificate? Where did you get
the certificate from?

I am not as active here as I was previously, but I'm a long-time lurker.

I work in a JDE shop using the Rocket Software LegaSuite GUI for many of
our JDE users.

About this time every year we have to load a new certificate for the web
server.

While using the Digital Certificate Manager for i to import the new
certificate I'm getting this error message:

Cryptographic algorithm is not supported.

The cryptographic algorithm is designated in the certificate, so this
certificate or the issuer of this certificate is not supported.

Any suggestions ?
