I think you are talking about "Copy Append".
Here the choice for keyboard shortcuts is less obvious, at least to
me, because both regular copy and "Copy as Table" are quite important,
and I already have Ctrl+Shift+C for one of those. If you want to also
have keybindings for the append variant of both of those, that's kind
of a lot. But still worth it, if you use them all.
Side question: What does "Copy as Fields" do, and under what
circumstances does it become available?
