The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
It does prompt for a password in step 7 of the document for "Select an
existing certificate from the *SYSTEM keystore" instructions found here:

Just one other note from chasing my tail on a similar error: Turned out
it had nothing to do with the keystore password (red herring) it was
actually an expired certificate. Might not be the case for you, but I
headed down the rabbit hole twice on a "keystore error" - changed the
DCM password multiple times, etc. All I needed to do was to make sure
all the certificates on the active HTTP instances were valid...again,
might be a stretch....

The system store password works. I can view things okay. How do I tell
iNavigator the password so it will start.
I don't recall it asking for a password.
