Which feature for PDF through ACS? -- MIDRANGE-L

When I use the function in ACS to open a spool file on my own rented
?sandbox? partition I have the option to open/convert the spool file to PDF
format.

When a client of mine does the same they only have the option to open same
as a text file.

Apparently they are missing some feature. Can anyone give me the feature
code and how to get it loaded?
