I would NOT want it as a default. I only use OMITS(*IGNORE) on 'full
system' saves. These I only do quarterly.
I have done multiple full system unload/reloads using the BRMS recovery
reports.

I agree with Jim. Review the reports.
We generate them daily, on each and every lpar. As a PDF file. And store
the PDF file on two different Windows servers. One in US and one
elsewhere. All automatically.
