I look at DSPF of the stream file created and F10=Display Hex and see
that both lines end with 0D0A. The recipient is receiving
Payment Total: $AAA,BBB.CC+$AAA,BBB.CC = $D,AAA,BBB.CC Target Total:
$D,AAA,BBB.CC
Basically the 0D0A is being replaced by a space.
