Let's say we have an OCL procedure that, among other things, calls an
SQLRPGLE program.

Are there any differences between the following:

1. Log in as a user configured to always be in the S/36 environment,
and run the procedure.

2. Log in as a native user, issue STRS36, and then run the procedure.

3. Log in as a native user, and run the procedure using STRS36PRC.

In particular, would any or all of these result in the SQLRPGLE
program being run as though compiled with COMMIT(*NONE)?
