Well, now that the kind soul who'd given me the original REXX script
(and who likely would prefer to remain anonymous) has taken pity on me
once again, I can tell you that it's done with calls to QSCMATPG and
QSCCRTPG. Both of which are much lower level than the more familiar
QPRCRTPG.
