BRMS will do the save encrypted with the Advanced feature.
If I interpreted you question correctly, if on V7R4 or greater you can
encrypt the entire ASP (except for load source and a few odds and ends
needed by IBM I at boot time) with the encryption software now shipped
with the system.
If you really mean row/column encryption, that has been in the system for
quite some time.

1) system level - being transparent unless the data is move to another
system
2) application level - where DSPPFM would show only encrypted data,
me to read it with the app / feature / SQL function it was written with.list
